About the role
The Operations Supervisor assists the General Manager in all aspects of daily location functions. We are seeking customer service–oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the check-in process of drivers, including fitness-for-duty inspections, uniform and credential checks, and assignment of buses
- Coordinate trips and driver schedules, ensuring proper breaks and lunches are taken, and proactively manage coverage for call-outs and operational demands through the assignment of staff and vehicles
- Track employee attendance and ensure adherence to company policies
- Issue disciplinary actions in alignment with company procedures and standards
- Conduct regular department meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and performance goals
- Prepare and distribute operational memos and communications to staff
- Supervise office staff to ensure performance aligns with established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide reporting and analysis when KPIs are not met, including identifying root causes and corrective actions
- Support a culture of safety, accountability, and high-quality customer service
Physical Requirements
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—this role may involve outdoor work and remote locations
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped, slippery, or uneven surfaces
- Push and pull objects up to 15 pounds; lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise

Pay
Competitive compensation package of minimum $30.92– maximum $31.85 per hour
