Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations at the assigned site(s).

• Directs supervision of Front Office Staff (Check-In & Check-Out)
• Maintains dotted line oversight of clinical support teams including Medical Assistants, Nurses, and X-Ray Techs at the assigned site
• Supports front desk operations by performing daily tasks such as check-in and check-out functions as needed
• Ensures a consistent, high-quality patient experience and maintains effective coordination across all site functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
• Two years of healthcare experience in managing a team preferred
• Knowledge of Practice Management Software
• Experience in a comparable medical practice environment
• Strong interpersonal, telephone, and computer skills
• Leadership ability
• Experience in managing a team preferred
