Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises Drivers and Window Dispatcher staff.
• Makes sure operations run smoothly every day.
• Checks staff schedules and daily plans to make sure they’re efficient and effective.
• Creates reports and gathers all important papers related to problems in operations.
• Talks to drivers and dispatchers if they need help or have questions.
• Fulfills the rules and guidelines set out in the Employee Handbook, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and local division procedures.
• Answers client calls and talks to other people who work in different parts of the company to make sure everyone is working together towards the same goal.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience in Paratransit and scheduling, managing people, enforcing rules, and teaching others.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work alone and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the company’s contracts and policies.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $33.05/hour
