Operations Supervisor

About the role
The Operations Supervisor manages the Procurement, AV/VC, and Events teams, providing global support to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level technical assistance to the team
- Ensuring service and support meet client expectations
- Understanding and integrating people, processes, and tools within the delivery environment
- Planning, scheduling, and managing resources
- Communicating and coordinating with cross-functional leaders
- Assisting with cross-functional management teams
- Preparing reports and documentation for key stakeholders
- Building relationships with partners and clients
- Observing and reporting on service trends
- Supporting talent development and retention
- Creating a positive and supportive work environment
Responsibilities
As the Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Provide technical assistance to the team
- Ensure service and support meet client expectations
- Understand and integrate people, processes, and tools within the delivery environment

- Assist with cross-functional management teams

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years' experience managing a team of 10+ employees
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proactive and data-driven approach with working knowledge of metrics planning and spreadsheets
- Experience in Procurement & Logistics (plus) or an audio visual or related field (plus)
- Experience in event support or production management (plus)
