Operations Supervisor

About The Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within our distribution center. You’ll coach employees, drive performance, and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of employees
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real time
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
