Operations Supervisor
Lunds & Byerlys Minnetonka is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00 - $21.00/hr, operating 7 days/week from 6:00am-10:00pm. Shifts are scheduled between 6:00am - 11:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Supervising and assisting front-end operations including: Scanning items, Entering pricing data, Processing payment, Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
Qualifications
- Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
- Previous supervisory experience desired
