Operations Supervisor
Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $18.00-$21.00/hr. Operating 7 days/week, hours range from 6:00am-10:00pm with shifts between 7:00am - 11:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
- Scanning items
- Entering pricing data
- Processing payment
- Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Aiding in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
Qualifications
- Communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
- Previous supervisory experience desired
