Supervise and Develop Team
Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Operate Efficiently
Ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area
Lead the coordination of daily warehouse activities
Support with the automation technology process
Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
Work Overtime and Other Responsibilities
Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- Understanding and experience working with automated retrieval systems such as HAI Robotics, Knapp Systems, and Locus Robotics
- At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
