Responsibilities
- Training new cleaners at various sites
- Re-training of cleaners who fail their inspections
- Inspecting various accounts for quality
- Troubleshooting with customers
- Delivering supplies to various job sites
- Making minor repairs on vacuums (i.e. changing belts)
- Taking calls from cleaners regarding issues at their locations
- Holding & distribution of keys as needed for all accounts in your area
- Overseeing floor crews at night as needed
- Executing additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Janitorial experience (not required)
- Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge (not required)
- General commercial cleaning experience (not required)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Able to provide proof of valid insurance and registration in your name
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
- Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
- Climb stairs and ladders
Compensation
$22.00 per Hour
Hours/Days of Operation
Monday thru Friday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm
