About the role
This role supervises the maintenance trade within the Facilities trade organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule daily/weekly workloads using CMMS
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain safety (JHA) and training programs
- Conduct preventative maintenance program of facilities equipment
- Utilize process improvement programs
- Work with outside contractors and support other Facilities and Operations organizations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems/equipment
- 5+ years’ experience working in facility maintenance
- Must meet one of the following:
- Minimum of 1 year related Electric Boat experience
- Minimum of 3 year combined relevant experience and leadership experience in a high-volume setting
- Minimum of 1 year EB experience and an Engineering degree in a related field
Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in electrical trade
- Previous EB or trade supervision
- Engineering degree in a related field
