Responsibilities
- Resolve operational challenges and prevent delays to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
- Lead teams and collaborate with others to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met for customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for addressing operational issues and concerns.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, integrity, and commitment within the team.
- Communicate and coordinate between various departments to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Reduce defects, lower rework costs, and maintain customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing hourly employees on first shift.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and high-quality production standards.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience may substitute).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or manufacturing.
- Experience in material joining technologies and processes.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
First shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
