Responsibilities
- Oversight of facility maintenance and coordination of building operations
- Management of receptionist duties and coordination of volunteer schedules and assignments
- Development and maintenance of emergency procedures and trainings
- Cordination of international travel, communication protocols, and emergency procedures for staff trips
- Overseeing purchasing processes, receiving operations, and complex international shipping logistics
- Scheduling and coordination of recurring organizational functions including staff devotions, staff meetings, and event emcees
- Supporting volunteer management across various departments and skill levels
- Collaboration with team leaders to optimize workflow and resource allocation

Qualifications
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
