Responsibilities

  • Support property operations by auditing and completing service requests, ensuring accuracy within SLAs.
  • Work with URT to process properties daily, communicate with utility providers, and prepare account maintenance activities.
  • Support activity billing by processing account changes and ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal departments to resolve issues and support client needs.
  • Achieve departmental performance goals, including on-time pre-bill processing and billing completion targets.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity standards across all assigned functions.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an operational, billing, accounting, analytical, or data-driven environment.
  • Experience with high-volume transaction processing is preferred.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent data entry and validation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
