Operations Specialist, Equipment/Inventory

Delivers at a high level of competency special project equipment and inventory. Assesses and performs analysis on data, and prepares data to facilitate Career and Technical Education functions of organization. Responsibilities require understanding of both theory and practice. Oversee, review and approve expenditures for the area of responsibility; provides fiscal data for preparation of the annual budget.Collaborate with supervisor and other District staff to develop short- and long-range plans for assigned program or functional area.Research and explore feasibility of implementing new methods, technologies or programs.Develop, schedule, implement, monitor and evaluate all programs, projects and operations in area of responsibility.Research, compile data for, and prepare various statistical, administrative and/or financial reports as required. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Bachelor's degree in Education or other related area plus an additional 2 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 6 years.
