Operations Specialist- Data Center

Job Summary

The Operations Manager role at NTI involves implementing processes and practices, improving performance, securing compliance, and mentoring a team. Key responsibilities include formulating strategy, managing budgets, monitoring production, and enhancing customer service.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are cost-effective and manage costs appropriately.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Secure compliance with legal requirements.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure timely follow-up and project continuity.
• Find ways to enhance customer service quality.

Education And Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principals.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
