Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Food & Beverage: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets
  • Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock organization
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
  • Auxiliary with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
