Operations Specialist

Thompson Gray is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the U.S. Army.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations lead in a Department of Defense (DOD) product office, directly supporting the Product Director and Deputy Product Director in managing daily operations.
• GO SES Interaction
• Installation Management (Interaction with DPW)
• Act as Alternate Information Management Officer (IMO)
• Property Book management
• Facilities Management
• Serve as Alternate Actions Coordinator
• Conduct divisional visits
• All Military interaction
• Liaison with USAWHC, CASCOM, and T2COM

Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations management or a related discipline
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving, emerging work environment
• High level of professionalism
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Some understanding of cost, schedule, and performance
• Active Secret Clearance
• 10+ years of experience
