Operations Specialist

About the Role

In this contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs, you will oversee and optimize daily workflow to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. You will partner with various departments to implement policies, develop reports, and identify areas for improvement. Your proactive approach will support the organization in maintaining smooth and effective business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute operational tasks across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Develop, document, and implement operational procedures and policies.
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to management.
• Support compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Track and measure operational performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, process management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing operational procedures and reports.
• Detail-oriented with organizational expertise.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver's License.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in a corporate operations or process improvement role.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
