It focuses on connecting health insurance carriers with internal support, product, and engineering teams to simplify and improve healthcare experiences for its members. The company is an early-stage, fully distributed enterprise aiming to innovate healthcare delivery through technology. 2. About the Opportunity:The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational workflows and executing processes that enable the Operations team to scale effectively. This position is responsible for managing daily operational tasks and supporting financial accuracy through payment reconciliation, thereby contributing to the stability and trustworthiness of the payment infrastructure. The role impacts the organization by ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in a dynamic and evolving environment. 3. Responsibilities:• Execute and assist with payment reconciliation, ensuring accurate matching of incoming payments to expected receivables• Monitor automated tools and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity• Manage daily operational workflows and task pipelines to meet service level agreements• Support development of product and process improvements by testing new features and documenting workflows• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement enhancements• Assist with escalations from the Support team and communicate resolutions to stakeholders 4. Requirements:• 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or related fields within high-growth startups or professional services• Proven experience in building project teams or launching new products or initiatives• Ability to develop operational processes in ambiguous environments and manage complex stakeholder relationships• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Bachelor''s degree• Preferred experience in health insurance or benefits• Demonstrated success with process improvements delivering measurable results• Diverse job experience with significant impact 5.
