About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Team serves as the central hub for all activities within our company, connecting vendors, the sales team, and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales entry
• Purchasing
• Answering incoming calls
• Invoicing
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus
• Typing and numerical keypad efficiency is a bonus

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
