As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with project management software.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
