Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and ensures accuracy of manufacturing systems product flows or final assembly business processes as they relate to material starts for production
• Allocates, prioritizes, and tracks material throughout production lifecycle
• Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to resolve issues impacting manufacturing operations
• Makes recommendations that will impact efficiency across manufacturing operations
• Monitors hold-time violations and proactively requests disposition or transfer to storage
• Tracks TIP approval and implementation routing, clarifying ownership and next steps
• Coordinates shipments between sites (e.g., Singapore and Corvallis), selects appropriate procurement paths, and escalates inefficiencies

Requirements

• Typically 2-4 years of experience in an operations support function
