Operations Specialist

About the role

This role facilitates the logo creation process from sales to customization. From designing and creating to digitizing and ordering necessary artwork, this position acts as the liaison to complete those tasks.

Responsibilities

• Add or update logos to relevant sites such as Gearcor admin, P21, and Google Drive.
• Properly maintain raw material inventory for customization (heat press logos, thread, needles, backing, etc.).
• Review and streamline customization processes.
• Handle order entry via the ticketing system, including how logos are uploaded and saved.
• Maintain the customization database to ensure accurate imports (logo files/names, logo drive, admin notes).
• Oversee special projects for customization, including streamlining processes and updating the ticketing system.
• Responsible for the digitization of all embroidery logos.
• Attain and maintain proficiency with DG16 Pulse digitization software, leveraging self-learning modules and Pulse online training.
• Order customized heat press transfers from external vendor(s).
• Establish and maintain a process for inventorying all heat press transfers.
• Maintain and accurately update a third-party online library for all heat press transfers, using proper naming schemes.

Qualifications

• Adobe Illustrator experience.
• Photoshop experience.
• Proficiency with other applicable graphic design software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative with attention to detail.
• Patience with a consistent flow of questions.
• Strong time management skills.
• Highly organized.
