Operations Specialist
Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute operational needs of the firm in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Take a proactive approach to problem solving
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
- Prepare and present operational reports to management
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Passion for problem solving and a drive for finding solutions to complex challenges
- Strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Pay
The pay range for this role is $25.63/hr to $28.77/hr. Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
