Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant.
- Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers.
- Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, record deposits.
- Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties.
- Manage the vault.
- Serve as the face of the bank, providing the best banking experience by assisting customers and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Current or former teller experience or cash-handling experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Passion for customer service and helping others.
- Ability to manage tasks and ensure compliance.
