Responsibilities
- Review all part additions and price changes for completeness.
- Review all approved pricing for completeness.
- Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database.
- Create necessary price files in OEM designated format and communicate to customer.
- Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides.
- Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personnel, Affiliate partners, and OEM.
- Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently.
- Acquire required data to analyze relevant dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis.
- Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs as requested.
- Provide aid to the Program Manager on program related questions and issues.
- Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management.
- Resolve dealership billing concerns.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an intermediate user level.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and innovate.
- High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
