Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience with human resources function within healthcare environment or working in healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (preferred)
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Assists in the development and execution of leadership development programs and initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance
- Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees
- Facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provides coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth
- Collaborates with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Supports the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manages employee relations issues and provides guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Participates in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and goals
