Primary Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute merchandising projects from launch to completion
- Keep tabs on project timelines, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and make sure everything stays on track
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to make sure programs run smoothly
- Analyze performance metrics and turn data into practical tips and tricks
- Spot ways to make processes easier and more efficient
Schedule and What We Offer
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm
- $18.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience

What You Will Do
- Oversee data quality, performance analysis, and reporting for client programs
- Partner with account teams to align goals and boost program success
- Drive quality assurance efforts and find ways to keep improving
- Support the team with operational tasks while making sure everything complies with company rules
Physical Requirements
- Quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet access and smartphone
- Comfortable using a company-issued laptop for long stretches
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car under ActionLink’s insurance standards
- Able to travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane as needed or requested
