Operations Scientist II Work Schedule - Mon - Fri (Day Shift) Job Responsibilities Conduct bioanalytical sample preparationsDocument work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records.Communicate with project managers, lead scientists, and supervisor on projects daily/weeklyOrder consumables for projects as neededPlan assigned workload on a daily basis and effectively schedule multiple assignments.Provide detailed sample analysis and inventory updates to project managers and lead scientists to ensure projects meet agreed upon timelinesSet up, operate and perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipmentAttend and participate in project meetingsSupport process improvement initiativesMaintain a clean and safe laboratory work environmentParticipate in client visits as needed Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry, biology or laboratory science degree.2 years or more f experience working in a laboratory setting (e.g. balances, pipettes, centrifuges etc.) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry3 years or more of experience working in a laboratory setting (e.g. balances, pipettes, centrifuges etc.)2 years or more of experience with chromatography systems (LCMS preferred)2 years or more GxP Documentation experienceComputer Experience (e.g., Word, Excel) or LIMS Additional Job Standards Experience working multiple projects in various stages at the same timeAbility to handle a fast paced environmentOrganized and detailed communicationAble to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writingExperience working in a variety of study types, analysis procedures and methodology projects Application Window: Position will be posted from 7/16 thru 7/31/26 and may be extended as necessary.
