From coordinating shipments to building strong relationships with customers and carriers, you will be an essential part of our Operations team.
OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate with carriers and shippers
- Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
- Manage shipping documentation
- Maintain communication with customers and carriers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
What the Job Entails
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
Experience in customer service or sales
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Professionalism and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday to Friday
- Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Alternating weekends
What We Are Looking For

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
