About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our systems and infrastructure. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing best practices to ensure high availability and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor system performance
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Implement and enforce best practices for system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or system engineering
• Experience with monitoring tools and systems management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages (e.g., Bash)

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible)
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
