Job Description

AIR is hiring an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for a variety of positions and department teams based out of our Denver Headquarters.

Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide variety of job openings including individual contributor, manager, and leadership positions across the organization.
  • Establish relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement and onboarding of new hires.
  • Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of both internal and external candidates for critical positions.
  • Execute AIR’s team member referral program.
  • Manage candidates through pre-employment screening process.
  • Monitor public job advertisements regularly ensuring quality of posting, and alerting leaders to fraudulent postings if/when identified.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent combination of operations experience.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Dependable and proven ability to work independently.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Property management experience a plus.

Additional Information

  • Expected pay rate of $78,000 - $85,000 + annual target 10% bonus.
  • You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and specific experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
