Operations Program Manager (Onsite)

About the role

This position is for an Operations Program Manager (OPM) supporting the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).

Responsibilities

• Total program life cycle execution from bid/proposal through development/EDM, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment
• Program planning, capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution
• Lead cost/process improvement initiatives
• Cook material management activities with Supply Chain Cost Account Manager (CAM), Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, and presentation, understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management
• Interface with both internal and external customers at Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Gates, EACs, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and customer visits/tours

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience leading in an operations, manufacturing, program, cross-functional, or equivalent environment
• Experience generating EACs, providing cost variance analysis, and managing risk and opportunities
• Familiarity with manufacturing and data analytics tools such as PRISM/APEX, CMES, Kinaxis, and PowerBi
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date
