Operations & Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Operations & Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee operations and program coordination with a strong focus on financial governance, resource tracking, and budget management. The ideal candidate will partner closely with finance and BI teams to improve reporting processes, support balanced portfolio decisions, and strengthen cross-functional execution. This is a highly visible role that helps ensure accurate data, clear operating rhythms, and effective organizational alignment.
