  • Banking rules and regulations pertaining to deposits and loans

  • Working collaboratively with deposit and loan operations to provide support

    Responsibilities

    • Build, maintain and manage workflows.
    • Aid in utilizing, implementing and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
    • Aid management with projects, processes, audits and internal controls.
    • Provide training and create procedures for internal user departments on new products and services.
    • Provide consistent, outstanding customer service anticipating and reacting to internal / external customers' needs.
    • Aid with supporting applications within operations and coverage on the day-to-day operations as needed; work with vendors, troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
    • Research, prepare and create management reports.
    • Formulate and implement strategies and processes to increase efficiencies throughout operations.
    • Cook up data for current and future projects.
    • Stay updated on applicable laws/regulations; ensure compliance with laws/regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education/Certifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; 4 years of experience in banking preferred.
    • Skills/Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Solid knowledge of financial products and services; Skilled in identifying, analyzing and providing resolutions to problems; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, vendors and management.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to repetitively use a telephone, computer mouse, and keyboard for extended durations.
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
    • Work is performed primarily in a professional office environment.

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through the Company's profit-sharing bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
