Operations Product Lead (Level 3)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3 + years of progressive experience in production operations, program management, or supply-chain leadership within a complex, high-tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with project-management tools and data-analysis software.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (if required in the future).

Job Description

You will be the Operations Product Lead (Level 3) for the MFC Dallas Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for linking internal and external customers, delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Spearhead key initiatives and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Cook up communication between Dallas Operations center managers, functional leadership, and external customers.
• Monitor schedule and budget performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide status reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
