Operations Planner L&A

What You Will Be Doing

• Order Management: Manages PO amendment resolution, maintains On Order Reporting, reviews, responds, and determines impact from weekly OSR, audits monthly, maintains Delivery Tracking, tracks dye and cut dates, directs offshore COMs team to enter data in to Mainframe and SAP, follows up of Planning requests to adjust on order, manages COMs/issue resolution related to on order and articles, completes value-added services, manages tactical problem solving related to on order with CF peers, filters issues for elevated resolution or local resolution.
• Liaison: Reviews and interprets liabilities, ensures timely receipt of liability confirmation post order placement, communicates liabilities to the brand, commits to contract/raw material reconciliation, manages liability reporting, manages tactical systems work for cancellations of orders, documents cancellations for monthly MPC meetings, manages capacity planning, ensures timely on order accuracy, reports commitments without POs, supports CGL creation and maintenance, adheres to order schedule and updates necessary tracking documents for CF alignment, enters GNG dates in WIPS to facilitate discussion and attends weekly WIPS meetings, focuses on order management related to speed orders, immediate issue resolution and escalation, maintains floorset reporting for late deliveries, engages in cross-functional communication.
• Production Planning Support: Supports CGL creation and maintenance, adheres to order schedule and updates necessary tracking documents for CF alignment, enters GNG dates in WIPS to facilitate discussion and attends weekly WIPS meetings, focuses on order management related to speed orders, immediate issue resolution and escalation, maintains floorset reporting for late deliveries, engages in cross-functional communication.

Whats Needed

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
