Aid the manager in branch administration
Train new employees
Assist in evaluating employee performance
Generate reports
Perform daily data entry
Act as proxy for the manager and all personnel in branch duties
Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, repair, and replace batteries of all sizes
Drive to customer destinations for field service
Perform light, preventative maintenance, and automotive mechanic work
Safely recover used batteries
Perform warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance
Record successful processes and procedures
Occasionally perform deliveries to support customer relationships
Execute all job duties
Ensure safety of all branch personnel
Complete necessary administrative work
Identify helpful opportunities for customers
Provide executive-level and service-level sales presentations
Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients
Generate referrals from customers
Record daily activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities
Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure timely payment collection
Deliver product and pick up used batteries, maintain consignment products, plan efficient routes, stage and stock vehicles, assist in loading/unloading, and perform battery installations
Train personnel on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures
Compile accurate reports
Coordinate regularly with supervisor to achieve sales objectives
Provide regular reports

Significant knowledge on battery products and equipment, policies and procedures.

Experience with branch procedures and policies.

Excellence in assisting the branch or district manager in all aspects and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Ability to adapt to provide executive-level and service-level sales presentations.

Positive attitude towards customer service and community impact.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to perform light, preventative maintenance and automotive mechanic work.

Proficiency in using CRM systems.

Ability to execute all job duties safely and efficiently.

Knowledgeable in all products carried and ability to educate customers on products that meet their needs.

Ability to plan efficient routes and maintain proper/staged/safe stocking of vehicles.

Ability to perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
