Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of new systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in investment operations.
- Strong understanding of operational processes in a financial environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
