About the role
We are searching for a trustworthy self-starter to join our team as a 2nd shift field operations manager.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategies for improved efficiency and increased profit
- Providing guidance and support to all staff
- Collaborating with other departments
- Managing various job sites
- Analyzing operations and staff performance
- Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies
- Developing and implementing various quality control methods
- Scheduling training sessions for new and existing staff
- Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff
- Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role would be advantageous
- Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate and train staff
- Strong budgeting and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate the present information and respond to questions from manager, clients etc.
- Requires knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and related applications
