Operations Manager - South Coast Plaza

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join its team. The role focuses on collaboratively working with the store management teams, the regional teams, and the corporate teams to improve operational excellence. Retail Operations is the “go to” person on all store standard operating procedures and ensures the balance between procedural compliance of the network and resource optimization, enabling the retail teams to focus on enhancing the Client Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy.
• Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control.
• Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection.
• Administer and enforce policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations.
• Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management.
• Provide advisement and support to the Store Director with innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Pay

Salary range of USD $115,000 - $120,000 annually.
