About the role
Covey Security is a locally owned Arizona security company founded in 2009. We provide professional security officer, mobile patrol, and concierge services throughout the state. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service through strong leadership, training, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for multiple client accounts
- Supervise Security Officers and Site Supervisors
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond to service requests
- Cook scheduling and staffing
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and payroll
- Conduct site inspections and ensure policy compliance
- Develop and maintain post orders
- Participate in an on-call management rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of security management or operations experience
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain or maintain an Arizona DPS Guard License
- Preferred: Mobile patrol, military, or law enforcement experience

We offer competitive compensation including a salary range of $55,000–$60,000 per year.
