Operations Manager-Park Meadows

About the Role

A Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong execution and operational expertise
• Strong selling, coaching, and business ownership mindset
• Experience using insights to drive performance
• Experience developing talent and building team capability
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Pay

Minimum Salary: $24.50 Maximum Salary: $32.34. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
