Pay

National salary range: $72,000 - $85,000. California: $75,000 - $95,000. Washington: $80,169 - $95,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by providing coaching, guidance, and support; foster a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
• Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors; provide input and recommendations to select top talent aligned with organizational values and culture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and prompt fulfillment of customer orders, exceeding expectations.
• Engage in a strong partnership with customers, proactively addressing concerns or issues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (required).
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).
