What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operations
- Strong understanding of services businesses/consulting operations, including how sales pipeline, delivery forecasting, resource planning, staffing, utilization, and financial performance connect together
- Ability to flex and meet the business where it is
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Experience building and improving operational processes, delivery standards, governance models, and sales-to-delivery handoff procedures
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
