About the role

The Operations Manager will assist with large projects and oversee Project Managers in our growing Entry Door Division. This role requires experience managing teams and projects, along with a strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for various customers
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams to drive sales across the department
• Review monthly financial and operational reports
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees
• Provide employee performance management and coaching
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a manager
• Door, Frame, and Hardware experience and/or Division 8 experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with construction project management and installation of building materials
• Ability to work with technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem-solving
• Enjoy a high-activity, hands-on environment with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service
