About the role
This position supports the maintenance and repair of school facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on school buildings and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with other maintenance staff and building occupants
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication

Pay
