The Mission

You’ll spend one year rotating through every facet of The Budd Group. From the front lines to the executive suite, you’ll master:

• Operations & Management
• Customer & Employee Relations
• Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
• Accounting & Sales Strategy

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll learn our business from the ground up—literally. Expect a mix of "boots-on-the-ground" grit and high-level strategy:

• The Fundamentals: Get hands-on with janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services (yes, that means mowing, pruning, and site clean-up!) 🌿
• Management: Take the reins on scheduling, crew management, and quality audits. 📋
• Sales & Growth: Master the art of the pitch, from cold calling to high-stakes presentations. 📞
• Human Resources & People Ops: Lead the charge in interviewing, onboarding, and building employee engagement strategies. 👥
• Business Intelligence: Dive deep into AR/AP, budgeting, and performance tracking in our LMS. 📊

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Recent Grad: You’ve graduated within the last year. 🎓
• Committed: Ready for a full 1-year journey (June – May). 🗓️
• Resilient: You’re happy working in a highly physical, indoor/outdoor environment. 🦾
• Flexible: You’re okay with evenings or weekends when the job calls for it. 🌙
