Operations Manager - Las Vegas Region

About the role

The El Super Operations Manager ensures the flow of product in and out of the warehouse supports the business and operational needs in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will assist the Assistant Store Director in the proper operation of all departments within the store. The Operations Manager is the 3rd person in command in the store and is required to act as role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the flow of product in and out of the warehouse supports the business and operational needs in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Affords support to the Assistant Store Director in the proper operation of all departments within the store.
• Acts as the 3rd person in command in the store and models professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making.

• Physical requirements: Lifting, standing, walking, kneeling.
• Visual and auditory requirements.

• Experience managing operations in a similar retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
