About the role

Labatt Food Service is seeking future leaders to manage its rapidly growing distribution centers. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement, analytical thinking, and effective day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training in every warehouse department
• Learn from top warehouse leaders and receive specialized training in all aspects of warehouse management
• Assignments for continuous improvement projects to demonstrate ability to drive positive change
• Training on understanding and managing warehouse financial statements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain
• Previous proven leadership experience is a definite plus
• Ability to relocate after training is preferred
• Some travel may be required
